Features:
1. It's designed with the melt-blown technology applied in the non-woven fabdcs industry and only 50% volume of adhesive in spiral adhesive spraying under the equivalent combined strength.
2. It can spray adhesive discontinuously and continuously respectively at Iow, medium or high speed with its adhesive in fibre form, smooth,strong adhesive force and evenly distributed.
3. It's equipped with high strength wear resistant stainless steal nozzle showing fine durability and adopts mutli-layer filter technology to prevent jam to the max.
4. The adhesive-spraying width is 25 mm to 2,000 mm with its margin at ±1.0mm; the other adhesive-spraying width can be tailored per the demand.
5. It can be redesigned to apply in all brands' hot melt adhesive machines in the world according to the customers' demand.
